Of the 3 dealers that were recommended to me from TrueCar, Key Hyundai was the only one that seemed truly interested in dealing with me directly witho Of the 3 dealers that were recommended to me from TrueCar, Key Hyundai was the only one that seemed truly interested in dealing with me directly without playing games. They provided all the pricing and rebate info to me in email when asked, while one of the others wouldn't even discuss it over the phone and insisted on me going there in person (so you can pressure me). That's not how TrueCar is supposed to work when you request your pricing. The other dealer didn't seem too interested in trying to find the car I wanted (I specified exact model I wanted). The folks at Key were straight shooters and they went out of their way to get the exact car I wanted. They very fair with me on my trade, gave me exactly what I asked for and took care of all the Mass plate and insurance stuff too. I've already recommended them to a co-worker who is thinking of getting a new car! More
