I was in the market for a new vehicle, specifically the Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. I called Wilsonville to get information and spoke with someone named Riley who shared insight about this vehicle and th Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. When I went in person, I worked with Nan who helped me understand that I would only be working with her the entire time (as in, I wouldn't be sent to the Finance team to haggle/hassle with further packages or speak about credit), which was a refreshing thing in car buying. Nan was very informative and helped me a lot the entire time and helped me figure out the best options for me. I did not rate them 5 stars only because I was told one thing over the phone but some of those things were not true when I arrived in person. For example, I was told that I would only have to come in and put a deposit down on the vehicle so that I can reserve it for myself, but when I went in, I was told that the only way to reserve the vehicle was if I signed all the paperwork and put the deposit down as if I were purchasing it. Ultimately, I wanted this car, so I was happy walking away without a vehicle (it is scheduled to arrive a couple of weeks after signing). More

I have bought 3 new cars from her in the last 3 years. I went in to service my car and left with a new car! She is one of a kind and I will continue to follow her. I think I finally found a car I will keep for at least 5 years! She is professional yet friendly and seems to know what I like. She knows what she is doing and give great advice and recommendations. If you go in with something specific in mind, give her a chance to show you other options. You might miss out on something you like even more! Give her a nice big bonus!!!! She goes above and beyond!
