Steer clear of this dealership — it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They completely wasted my day with tactics that, in my opinion, feel manipulative and designed to pressure cust car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They completely wasted my day with tactics that, in my opinion, feel manipulative and designed to pressure customers. They took my credit/debit card under the excuse of “showing the manager I was serious,” but it felt more like they were trying to hold it hostage to trap me into a deal. When I mentioned I had my own financing, the attitude shifted immediately. It was obvious they were far more interested in pushing their own lenders—presumably because it benefits them, not the customer. The whole environment felt shady enough that I walked out without buying anything. I’ve already reported my experience to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.. In my opinion, the glowing Google reviews look questionable at best. Do yourself a favor and check their Yelp reviews if you want a more realistic picture of what you’re walking into. My advice? Stay far, FAR away from this place. More

Some of their methods are standard with other dealers. Like they make it sound like you have to pay fees for Nitrogen and Key insurance. They’ll claim the car is going to auction, so they don’t care if you buy it. What sets them apart from other dealers is; A deal that I struck one day was not honored the next day. Wait more than a few days, and they may ad a $1250 loyalty fee for not buying a car there in the last year. They won’t make the 4 tires match by brand, although it’s required for honda certification. But later on, they’ll do it. If a dealership can be bi-polar, then that’s what Planet honda is. I’m not an emotional buyer. But, I couldn’t give this dealership my business. And in reality, I wasn’t confident that the deal we struck, on the most recent email, was what would be honored, when i went in to pay for the car. More

Brian was extremely helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done in order for me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Very professional but also personable. Definitely recommend asking for Bria to be done in order for me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Very professional but also personable.
