I have been in trying to fix my brakes 6 times now and this is the first appointment that my brakes were actually worked on. Otherwise they said they couldn’t find the problem. This trip cost me over $100 this is the first appointment that my brakes were actually worked on. Otherwise they said they couldn’t find the problem. This trip cost me over $1000 and I still drove home with the same problem. Really not thrilled More

I was told a routine maintenance appoint would take 2 hours....3 hours later I saw my car, done, in the parking lot. No one came to get me so I went to the service desk. The employee said he'd be with hours....3 hours later I saw my car, done, in the parking lot. No one came to get me so I went to the service desk. The employee said he'd be with me soon. Nothing. I went back 20 minutes later and said I could see my car and I'd like to go. He finally helped me but why did I have to keep seeking him out? Frustrating. More

Ethan, service advisors, and Handy were outstanding in handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit in my truck. But they fought and got it repaired resolving a major financial situation for me. They provided a rental car for 7 days while the repair could be made! I was having a brake job done, along with an oil change and tire rotation as well. This team went beyond what was necessary for me the customer! I have always had great service from before but this time they helped a 71 year old customer with true professionalism and integrity of a their product and customer service! Thank you all very much! The service was sub par. I waited 30 minutes to an hour after my cars service was down before receiving my car. I went in 15 minutes after I noticed my car was in the finishe I waited 30 minutes to an hour after my cars service was down before receiving my car. I went in 15 minutes after I noticed my car was in the finished parking lot and after speaking with a service rep he said I needed to wait an additional 10 minutes before I can get the car so he can fill out paperwork. I came back around 30 minutes later to the rep telling an upset young woman that they couldn’t patch a hole left in the middle of the tread by a nail and she would have to buy new tires. Anyway the supervisor/manager finally took notice of me and asked the service rep if my car was ready at which point the service rep said he still needed to file paperwork. The manager said since it’s just a handy care oil change just give me the keys and get me out of there. They then had to go searching for my keys. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a service center. Also worth mentioning the first oil change I’ve had with them they messed it up by overfilling the oil and not putting on the filter correctly, so oil leaked all over the engine bay. More
