Nadine (Sales) did a great job facilitating the transaction. She invested the time with my wife and I to make sure she addressed all of our questions and did a complete walk around and set up the F transaction. She invested the time with my wife and I to make sure she addressed all of our questions and did a complete walk around and set up the Ford mobile app. Anthony (Finance) did a great job running through the docs we needed to sign to secure financing and was able to structure a service contract that fits our driving habits. Mark (GM) came out and introduced himself to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our experience. If you're looking for a new, used or lease, make sure you go see these guys, they're top notch. More

For their pre-owned car: Run. Long story short: Bait and switch. This is a big red flag for dealers. 1 week ago, I saw the car info on Carfax, called immediately, and scheduled Long story short: Bait and switch. This is a big red flag for dealers. 1 week ago, I saw the car info on Carfax, called immediately, and scheduled a test drive for the next day. However, when I confirmed with them the next day, they told me it was just sold and tried to talk me into another more expensive car. Luckily, I didn't leave home yet. Otherwise, I would end up spending 2 hours driving for a lie, for a car that doesn't exist. The funny thing is, after 1 week, that car is still on their website and carfax. I bought a pre-owned 2 days ago, and the info has already been taken down from both the dealer's website and Carfax. Therefore I can confirm here Suburban Ford of Troy is definitely doing Bait and Switch. I resent dealers like this. They simply DON‘T care. More
