I bought a Hyundai certified pre-owned car from this dealer 2 years ago. The turbo needs to be replaced. It's still under warranty, but the dealer, as incredible as it sounds, claims it's not under warr dealer 2 years ago. The turbo needs to be replaced. Hyundai itself has told me over the phone and by email that it is still under warranty, but this the finance dept at the dealer says no. More

George Zein was very polite and made us feel comfortable. He was able to work with my wants and help me find exactly what I needed. There was also always someone cleaning. Very happy with the car. He was patient, courteous and, most of all, sensitive to the fact that this was a major purchase and was not aggressive. This was the best car-buying experience I've had and I owe it to Charlton's high performance. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how helpful and efficient Nadine Ebanks was in working out the financing. This is my third Sonata with this dealership and Nadine has always been pleasant, very professional and tries her best to work with you. What a team! More
