I was treated like a king when I was buying a car from their sales dept. Ask for Charles. He is great. I burned out my battery and I took the car back there to have the battery charged or replaced Th their sales dept. Ask for Charles. He is great. I burned out my battery and I took the car back there to have the battery charged or replaced The parts salesman immediately tried to sell me a $400+ battery without even diagnosing it. He explained they were not able to charge my battery and when I protested he told me my 3 year old Hyundai absolutely needed a new battery. Then the sales guy told me he’d ask the sales manager in the next room if he could give me a better price and I overheard the mgr. tell him tell him to tell me they couldn’t do a anything. Than, they double teamed me with hard sell tactics at which I responded they were both lying to me and I would never do another drop of business with them. I told them they were lying for money but I wasn’t paying. Hyundai service dept. is horrible. I then took the car to the Auto Zone store on State Rd a few blocks from Hyundai and Gustov diagnosed my battery like the competent professional he is and told me to my surprise my original battery was good. He also told me he could charge my battery but it would take a few hours which I didn’t have. I then found another auto tire and repair shop with a name you shouldn’t forget Bisbee, Located also on St Rd in Coconut Creek this fine shop was the most honest, efficient, fair, and friendly auto shop I’ve been to in my 77 years. Bisbee could have sold me a new battery, charged the existing battery, and I would have accepted whatever Joe or Brian, the owner told me as they’re busy shop hummed away loaded with work. Amazingly, Joe told me I just needed to drive my car and the battery would charge. I was so happy I could hardly wait to pay this fine, well established caring business. Joe said they found no problem so there was no charge I said please charge me at least because of your time spent. No both guys said and I had to beg them to let me buy them lunch. What a wonderful, full service shop. Lots of tires I noticed .Check Bisbee out. They’re the real deal. More

I bought 2 other cars here in years past and had ZERO problems. All they have to do to make me go away and delete these honest reviews is close the loan and close the deal on the VIN - I canceled the problems. All they have to do to make me go away and delete these honest reviews is close the loan and close the deal on the VIN - I canceled the temp plate with the DMV myself. I would stop my daily phone calls which are never answered. I would stop the consumer complaints. They routinely have a failure to provide proper papers, I've got no car and they refuse to close the deal or the loan, I owe #25K and I got no car! I have photos of them taking the car away. They refuse to honor their 3 day worry free exchange. It is on their website but it is just another Coconut Creek Hyundai lie. Stanley Anders and Nadine Ebanks his finance henchman are dirty and they ghost customers, refuse to follow up with papers and therefore violate laws probably! Nadine and some random guy she brought into the room screamed at me. I am a white haired 70+ year old who was abused there on Stan's watch. Matt King screamed and canceled the sale because he is a mess and tried to steal the deal from the girl who sold the car. He changed her name to his on all the papers. WHAT??? Nadine backed him up and threw the original sales person under the bus. More

I bought a Hyundai certified pre-owned car from this dealer 2 years ago. The turbo needs to be replaced. It's still under warranty, but the dealer, as incredible as it sounds, claims it's not under warr dealer 2 years ago. The turbo needs to be replaced. Hyundai itself has told me over the phone and by email that it is still under warranty, but this the finance dept at the dealer says no. More

George Zein was very polite and made us feel comfortable. He was able to work with my wants and help me find exactly what I needed. There was also always someone cleaning. Very happy with the car. His confidence and knowledge on the product was convincing, which in turn was very helpful in making my decision. He was patient, courteous and, most of all, sensitive to the fact that this was a major purchase and was not aggressive. This was the best car-buying experience I've had and I owe it to Charlton's high performance. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how helpful and efficient Nadine Ebanks was in working out the financing. This is my third Sonata with this dealership and Nadine has always been pleasant, very professional and tries her best to work with you. What a team! More
