UPDATED REVIEW: Due to my inability to delete my review, I wanted to provide an update. The dealership contacted me this morning, after seeing my comments, and offered to make things right. They have remove I wanted to provide an update. The dealership contacted me this morning, after seeing my comments, and offered to make things right. They have removed the extended warranty from my account and submitted proof to me. Should the cancellation not go through I will update my review. I appreciate the dealership reaching out to make things right. It doesn’t matter what it takes to get to a solution but a solution is always possible. Thank you for relieving this unnecessary anxiety from me. More

Worse experience ever from a dealer We went with higher expectations to Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac but left utterly disappointed. First they said they would work with our deal and we ag We went with higher expectations to Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac but left utterly disappointed. First they said they would work with our deal and we agreed. However, they sent us home and told us to come back the next day and while we did so, they changed their word and a simple inquiry we had asked spiraled into a show of unprofessionalism and diminution of our character by the staff. They are not trustworthy and no respect is given to customers whatsoever. General Motors and the State Division of Consumer Protection has been notified of our treatment and we hope this kind of treatment will never happen to anyone else. More
