I had a very frustrating experience with Knight Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in on October 2025 because it was leaking water from the top. Initially, they told me they needed to or Dodge Jeep Ram. I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in on October 2025 because it was leaking water from the top. Initially, they told me they needed to order parts on back order. That’s understandable — but no one ever called to tell me when the parts arrived. I had to follow up myself 2 months later. On top of that, they didn’t have loaner vehicles available, so I had to wait even longer before I could finally drop off my truck. When I did get it in, I was told it would be ready in just a few days. Instead, it turned into a 10-day stay. I was told the delay was because it was raining and they couldn’t replace the glass — which was frustrating given how long it had already taken to even get the appointment handled. When I finally got my truck back, the issues I specifically asked them to address were not fixed. My speaker, which had been impacted by the water damage inside the vehicle, was still not repaired. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and incomplete repairs made this a disappointing experience. More

When I got my jeep back the rubber part on the start button was ripped off. We asked for the manager but of course he wasn’t there. No one has called to update us on what’s going to happen.
