Would look elsewhere, if you have options. I was told the Stargard could not be removed because it's "hidden" in the car and therefore, no way to remove it. The car was not detailed when delivered; a drive through car wash could have done better. I had no way to install my front plates, and was not given screws, plate holder, etc. Ended up buying one on Amazon, since I was not supplied with one. My friend and I both bought cars at the same time be his Finance person gave him the Stargard for free, but I was still charged for it. Otherwise, process was painless and the price was right. The only reason why I came here to drive 70 miles is because they didn't have this particular model nearby. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it. I'll be buying a Q7 soon and it won't be here. I expected better service for a luxury brand and unfortunately was not met. More
