I am not someone who likes to complain, but this dealership and its staff have left me very disappointed. The entire experience was filled with unfulfilled promises and lies from a salesperson named dealership and its staff have left me very disappointed. The entire experience was filled with unfulfilled promises and lies from a salesperson named Isaac and his supervisor, Nelson; dealing with them was nothing but a source of frustration and unpleasant moments. As a Hispanic consumer who likes the Honda brand, I chose to place my trust in them, only to be let down. I bought an SUV from them months ago; when I applied for financing, they told me the interest rate was 12%, but promised that within a week they would secure a better deal with a lower rate through another bank. Furthermore, the vehicle was delivered with a dent or scrape on the front bumper, and they committed to repairing it in the following weeks. I had to call them for over three weeks just to get the issue addressed—and even then, they merely patched it up rather than performing a proper paint job. The salesperson made several other commitments that neither he nor his supervisor followed through on. It seems that when they want to make a sale, they promise you everything, but once the contract is signed, they simply ignore you. As a Latino consumer, I would never buy from this dealership again.In addition, they added an extended warranty policy to my contract. Two days after signing up for it, I went to the dealership to cancel it; however, the person in charge of financing failed to do their job. As a result, I spent two months paying for a policy I never used, simply because that individual never submitted the cancellation documents. This was highly unfair, and I ended up paying for their incompetence out of my own pocket. soy una persona que no le gusta quejarme pero este concesionario y su personal me dejo muy decepcionado, fue una situacion llenade promesas y mentiras incumplidas por parte de su vendedor de nombre Issac y su supervisor Nelson, solo corajes y malos momentos pase con estas personas, soy un consumidor hispano que le gusta la marca honda y decidi confiar en ellos lo cual me decepsionaron, hace meses les compre una camioneta, cuando realice mi aplicacion para el credito me dijeron que mi tasa de interes era del 12%, pero que ellos se comprometian que dentro de la semana me conseguirian un trato mejor con un interes mas bajo con otro banco, la camioneta me la entregaron con un golpe o raspon en la fasia delantera y se comprometieron a repararla en las proximas semanas, les tuve que llamar por mas de 3 semanas para que repararan el problema el cual solo lo maquillaron y no pintaron adecuadamente, el vendedor de comprometio con otra serie de cosas las cuales ni el ni su supervisor pudieron cumplir, eso me hizo pensar que solo cuando te quieren vender te prometen todo lo posible y una ves que firmas el contrato te ignoran, como consumidor latino jamas compraria en este concesionario, ademas me agregaron una poliza de garantia extendida, la cual dos dias despues de contratarla me presente en el concesionario para cancelarla, la persona encargada de financiamiento no hizo su trabajo y pase dos meses pagandola sin utilizarla solo por que el encargado no mando los documentos de cancelacion, eso fue muy injusto y pague con mi dinero su incompetencia.
