So it’s super hard to walk into a dealer and get treated like an actual buyer. I went to about 4 dealers wanting to check out potential cars and each one just brushed me off and treated me like a child. It was so refreshing when I walked in and spoke to Steven in sales. He didn’t just sit me down and immediately ask if I have enough money to buy one or ask if I’m just here to waste time. Steven treated me with absolute respect.I 100% am going to buy another Volvo from him! A massive thank you to Niko for being such an accommodating and respectful manager. It’s super refreshing to see a manager that isn’t crabby or miserable! Also another big thank you to Vadim! He was extremely transparent and clear in that finance office and spoke with such passion for the brand. You can really tell he isn’t out to screw someone over. More
