Do not buy a car from here if you care about your saftey I purchased a 2007 ford edge to only find out later it had an open safety recall on it that they did not disclose to me. Open Safety Recalls don't matter to them! I bought a used car in September 2016 , only to find out in January 2017 that a SAFETY recall was placed in May 2016 about metal fragments flying out I bought a used car in September 2016 , only to find out in January 2017 that a SAFETY recall was placed in May 2016 about metal fragments flying out from airbags . We were never made away of this issue when purchasing the vehicle. Diron did a quick sale on this and failed to mention the safety recall to us. Once we found out about the recall both Myron and Shawn stated they sell cars with open safety recalls all the time, which to me is a poor practice, but if you are going to do it, the consumer needs to be informed. More

However my time with Spencer was the exact opposite everything he assured me of was exactly what I got. He is humble and honest and made it more like I was gaining a friend along with a car. BUT THEN FINALLY walked in SAM PACK FIVE STAR FORD about 7:30 at night and spoke to John hilsinger I told him what I was looking for and we stared looking at first he couldn't find any that was going to be in my price range that I wanted to pay BUT he didn't stop he partnered up with Myron and told me that they needed to run the numbers and give them till the next morning and they would give me a call these two guys keeped all promise's that were made they got me in a low mileage ford fusion STILL UNDER WARINTY The people at FIVE STAR FORD care about your time and are there to help you get the car you need for the price you want to pay thanks again John for all your help I will be sending you and the FIVE STAR FORD team all the business I can More
