Three years ago, we bought a 2009 911S from this dealer. Last month, I wanted to buy a new model but had specific options in mind. None of the cars currently on the lot had exactly the configuration I wanted, so the Internet Sales Manager, Myron Grombacher, worked with me by using his computer access to inventory files of Porsche Cars North America. He found several examples that could be shipped to Woodland Hills, and one still in transit from Germany was exactly what I had in mind. The Sales Manager, Eric, talked to the original destination dealer and arranged a deal. My car was shipped from Ohio in a closed van and the other dealer got... I don't know. Undying gratitude? A pound of Eric's flesh? But the important point is I got *my* car. The exact one I wanted. And with all that, they still gave me a nice discount off the sticker price. Excellent dealer, and I'll be doing business with them again. More

Armen is my service advisor and he is the most amazing person, he is very genuine when helping people and he makes sure the job is perfect! Armen always makes sure that I'm completely satisfied with their service before I leave the dealership. Myron and the GM Eric are both incredibly down-to-earth guys who wanted to me to be happy, with or without a Porsche. I was about to sign on the dotted line after hours with Myron test driving the car, dis guys who wanted to me to be happy, with or without a Porsche. I was about to sign on the dotted line after hours with Myron test driving the car, discussing elements of the car and completing forms ... and then I asked him if I could sleep on it, i.e, wait a day to decide. The average person(myself included) would have reached over the table and strangled me. Myron responded like I had asked for a cup of water - "Of course!" he said, "It's a big purchase." The next day, I returned and bought the 911. Service has been astounding since the day I drove off. From getting replacement parts to reserving my preferred loaner car, Eric and Myron went out of their way to make sure I was totally satisfied. Funny, with kids getting bigger, I almost doubt I'll get another Porsche, but because of these guys, I'll certainly consider it. Just a great feeling when you know competent people have your best interest in mind. More
