good customer care, but I do wish they offered a shuttle service I was given a non-excuse the other day saying it's due to covid. They had that shuttle service at the height of covid. If it weren't for Toyota not having a car for about 8 months, I would not have had this opportunity to purchase a Honda. My first online quote just happened to line up with a car being delivered, so the months, I would not have had this opportunity to purchase a Honda. My first online quote just happened to line up with a car being delivered, so the stars aligned enough for me to procure a replacement car during these trying times...with a manual transmission. I sold my car independently of Honda, to allow me more money in my pockets, trade in value was not as much as I would have wanted based off the history of that car and maintenance. Sales staff, etc, were indeed friendly people and certainly walked me thru the purchasing of the Honda. And the sales person did help with the misc peripherals I wanted. And the dealership did provide me a couple perks above and beyond what I asked. More
