This is the type place that gives car buying a bad name. Horrible sales tactics. Lie to get you in the door. Then try to charge above sticker price. Not slightly like 10k. They falsely advertised their brand new 2021 Kia Forte lxs to be $14,000 without saying that was with the military incentives included. So the price went up to $18000. Then after all fees and trade in, th lxs to be $14,000 without saying that was with the military incentives included. So the price went up to $18000. Then after all fees and trade in, they wanted $283 for 6 years for a $13,000 car. Then insulted my car that they were trying to buy. Like they weren’t even trying to sell a car. So unprofessional and probably illegal. More

Bate and Switch!! I called because of an adverted price on a 2018 Kia Soul. Was told by Eli that the car was on the lot and I should drive out to see it. We live an hou I called because of an adverted price on a 2018 Kia Soul. Was told by Eli that the car was on the lot and I should drive out to see it. We live an hour and a half away. Fifteen minutes before we arrived they called and told me the car I wanted was out on loan. They showed me another similar car with the same features but wouldn’t give me the same price. Quoted me at least 2,000 more. Tried to quote me for another car as well with 2019 with less features still more than the advertised price of the car I came to see. What a waste of time and it is just horrible to do that to someone! I will never deal with these people! It was Sunday Aug 5 2018! Manager on duty had no sympathy and Saleswoman didn’t either! She said this happens all the time and what are you going to do? She was writing up a deal for someone before and the car was bought by another customer before she could finish the deal! xxx More

Total Lairs, Swindlers, Smooth-talking Con Artists Koons Kia of Woodbridge lied repeatedly, ripped me off and also lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint. I attempted to deal with the used car mana Koons Kia of Woodbridge lied repeatedly, ripped me off and also lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint. I attempted to deal with the used car manager (Mustafa Sadeqi), sales manager (Amir Seyedan), general manager (Ali Zaka) and car salesman (Augustine Kwarteng-Acheampo, aka Gus) - - ALL of whom were smooth talking lairs (multiple times). This dealer refused to honor their so-called 7-day exchange guarantee, lied about inspecting the car, lied about the condition of the car, lied about the features/options, lied about returning items from the car that I traded-in. I don't write reviews - but this experience makes me feel it is necessary to write one. If I could give a 'minus' review/w flashing lights on this dealer, I would. This rip-off house called a dealership also appears to have the Virginia BBB in their pocket, because when I filed a complaint, the dealer lied to the BBB and saId they spoke with me, all issues were resolved and that I was totally satisfied. Despite me telling the BBB the dealer was lying, the BBB email said that since the dealer stated the issues were resolved they are closing the case. I tried opening a new case and the BBB immediately closed it - guess they are actually the 'For Business Bureau' - - - WHAT A SCAM AND RIPOFF BY WELL REHEARSED SWINDLERS AND CON ARTISTS!! BUYERS BEWARE - RUN AWAY AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! More

Unhappy Customer I would advise you all not to sale a person's trade-in until the loan has been cleared and they are no longer accountable. Regardless to the what the I would advise you all not to sale a person's trade-in until the loan has been cleared and they are no longer accountable. Regardless to the what the situation may be, you should not do things of this sort because its illegal! I was a victim of this at your dealership and forced to take a vehicle that I am not satisfied with you. As a service member, I would never recommend you all to any of my brothers and sisters at arms. More

Unbelievable Service! I cannot say enough about my experince with Koons Kia of Woodbridge. This dealership diminished every stigma there is about car salesmen. I worked d I cannot say enough about my experince with Koons Kia of Woodbridge. This dealership diminished every stigma there is about car salesmen. I worked directly with Kenneth Everhart who was truly amazing! From the beginning he was not pushy, he asked me questions and listened to everything that I had to say and answered all of my questions. The staff was one of a kind. They did everything that they could to get me into my brand new Kia Optima, from working with me regarding my trade-in and financing. My next vehicle most definitely will come from this dearlership in the future. Thank you to you all! More

Less than spectacular deal, lousy after sales experience. My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales manager said they would have them buffed out if we brought it back on either Tuesday or Thursday. We liked the car and although the deal was middling ok, rather than exceptional or even good, we agreed. We also added a minimal service agreement. I usually don’t get these, but my wife asked for it so we agreed and purchased the car with the service agreement. That afternoon/evening was overcast, and when we looked at the car in the sun the next morning, we saw many additional scratches in the finish, along with a minor dimple (small dent) in the body. We decided to see how well the scratch repair tech would do. We live about an hour’s drive away (longer in traffic) and getting there and back takes a big chunk out of our day, but the next Tuesday, as specified by the salesman, but we came in on Tuesday, as they specified, and the scratch repair man was not available. Hour’s drive back. We went back on Thursday (an hour up, and an hour back, plus time to get the job done), and had the scratches ‘fixed’. They did a horrible job. Some of it looks worse after they were through than before. While we were waiting, we noticed that another customer that was having service performed was being badgered about getting additional services (I believe he had an oil change and he service rep wanted him to add tire rotation). The service rep argued with the customer. That afternoon, we talked things over, and given our experience with the scratches, and the lack of quality at this dealership, coupled with the way we saw them argue with a customer, and given the distance to the dealership, we decided to cancel the service contract, as was our right under the agreement. We went back to the dealership, and after being kept waiting again, they canceled it, but said that we had to wait until the next day to pick up the refund check. Again, following their instruction, showing up when they had specified, an hour’s drive each way, taking another chunk out of my day and when I got there, they could not find the check (they thought it might be locked up in the desk of someone who was unavailable, or maybe they had mailed it). I had to stand around and wait for them to void the first check and cut me another check. I will be dealing with the scratches myself. More
