I’ve owned two Mercedes vehicles and have used the service department at this dealership for all of my routine maintenance for the past few years. The work is always done with high quality and in a ti service department at this dealership for all of my routine maintenance for the past few years. The work is always done with high quality and in a timely fashion as well. Before coming to the Owings Mills location, I used another Mercedes dealership in the Baltimore area that was close to where I was living at the time and quite frankly I had some negative experiences there including suggestion of services that were ultimately not necessary. On the contrary, the Owings Mills location gives fair and honest assessments and is the only location that I trust in the Baltimore area. Murphy Tederick has been my service advisor for my past few visits and I’ve had good customer service interactions with him each time. He always gives clear explanations of required maintenance and suggested services and I can tell that I’m getting an honest assessment of work that actually needs to be done. This is in contrast to other places I’ve been where they often try to find as much work to do as they can so that you will have to spend as much as possible. I have never had that feeling of price gouging at the Owings Mills location working with Murphy. More
