So a safety part was missing off of my new 2026 vehicle. I was told online to contact a manager. I called the store, who wouldn't give me a manager and I have yet to get a response from any manager. The fir I was told online to contact a manager. I called the store, who wouldn't give me a manager and I have yet to get a response from any manager. The first call, I was told they were busy. After this, they ghosted me. It took weeks and finally calling Nissan USA to get the missing part. I was very patient and polite about this at first, until I was told by the dealership that I should go buy the missing part from the store. This was after they said over the phone that they had the part. We still don't have the ability to pay the monthly loan payment online. I tried the app on two phones and the website on 3 computers. They're option was for me to pay the $3.50 processing fee for them to take my payment. Find a different company and dealership to deal with. If you choose to go here, plan to spend 6 hours here since the both times I bought a car here, they only had one finance person. More
