Literally eyes me down because I told her I wanted to work with King and not Mouse?? (Not being offensive, but that’s what his name sounded like). Looking at other reviews, probably a problem that needs to be addressed. But I am anonymously giving this dealership a 10/10. King is great! The main manger (Nate I think…) is the best. Caroline and Mouse back off! More

I had a horrible experience with the manager Caroline and the salesperson Moussa. I had an appointment to see Farooq, who now is gone. I had purchased a car previously from him, and was scheduled to see him. the salesperson Moussa. I had an appointment to see Farooq, who now is gone. I had purchased a car previously from him, and was scheduled to see him. I went online to look at cars, preparing myself for my appointment. I entered my email address, and was contacted by the manager Caroline. She went out of her way to change my appointment with Farooq to Moussa. I called up Farooq and asked him what was going on, and he said Caroline is known to steal his customers and give them to Moussa. I cancelled my appointment with Moussa, and then received a million phone calls from Moussa and Caroline about the cancelled appointment. My usual salesman, Farooq, quit, so I walked in as a walk in. The sales manager, smelled like an ashtray, and the salesman Moussa, kept mentioning how much he hates the dealership and how awful his managers are. He even stated that he is about to quit, and told me to buy a car elsewhere. And turns out Caroline is not even a manager, she just answers online inquiries. I walked out and will definitely take my business elsewhere. This dealership is a joke, and avoid it at all costs. More
