My son contacted Infiniti of Ontario online Friday night and by 9a Saturday 11/20/21 Mouris responded back to my son’s request to look at a Q50. My son and I where welcomed by Mouris and took the Q50 for a and by 9a Saturday 11/20/21 Mouris responded back to my son’s request to look at a Q50. My son and I where welcomed by Mouris and took the Q50 for a test drive. My son automatically loved the car. When it came down to the deal Mouris was awesome. Mouris made my son and I comfortable and was straight up about the deal we where getting into. It was my son’s first financed car. I have never felt at ease at a dealership but my thoughts on how a dealership have changed. Manny from finance was also awesome. He was personable and not a robot in just signing papers. He made my son and I feel also at ease. These 2 guys are exceptional employees working for Infiniti of Ontario! I also like the final touches of Mouris delivering the car to us and taking time in showing my son all the features to his car! Mouris made sure my son knew all the bells and whistles before going home. More
