They responded right away & responded to all channels of communication (email, text & phone).  They actually had the car they advertised with no surprises. Professional and polite salespeople without a doubt!  I have never had such a great dealer experience like we just did at WCDJR. The salesperson, finance & the rest of the team went above & beyond even stayed after hours so we could take the vehicle home the same day. Thank you so much Morgan, Phil & Kristen as well as the rest of the World Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team! You have no idea how much I'll be promoting you!  P.S. Kudos to Shane as well! I was eaves dropping on the interactions with another customer while waiting & Shane was really trying to help this customer get what they wanted, but in the end, they chose to pass. I have seen dealers completely disregard potential customers once they decide not to buy. Shane was so professional & genuinely courteous.  He went out of his way to thank them for coming in & allowing him to try to get them into the vehicle they wanted. I have never witnessed that from a dealer.  Just Great! More
