Morgan Keeton made my recent experience at the Service Dept commendable, satisfying and enjoyable. In a phone call the evening prior to the appointment, he confirmed the work I wanted to be accomplished. Dept commendable, satisfying and enjoyable. In a phone call the evening prior to the appointment, he confirmed the work I wanted to be accomplished. When I drove up to the Service entrance, he met me before I exited the car. He explained the work schedule and escorted me to the waiting area where he showed me an outlet to plug-in my laptop. He handled all the paperwork efficiently and accurately. As I departed he encouraged me to take advantage of the complimentary car wash and gave me clear directions to find it. All in all, my experience was great! More
