Oil change and inspection was fine, but service counter was very slow--under staffed? They did not call to let me know service was completed. I had to call them when more time than stated had passed. I was disappointed to get a car-wash voucher instead of a clean car! More

They were extremely helpful and fast repairing my car when a sensor needed replacement. This is not my local Kia dealership but I will be coming back to work with Morgan and his team at the service cente when a sensor needed replacement. They were great ! Even tho the same problem has needed fixed multiple times they have always fixed it. And every time they are respectful and quick about it. I have had limited experiences with Kia as well as this dealership, but I am pleased so far. I had a confusing situation initially where I couldn’t let them keep my car(daily driver) to fix warranty work dealership, but I am pleased so far. I had a confusing situation initially where I couldn’t let them keep my car(daily driver) to fix warranty work any longer and was told I had to wait for a loaner vehicle so they could keep it longer. I honestly wasn’t sure if I would ever get a call back and they were just blowing smoke up my kazoo. Well, earlier than they predicted I got that call! Also, to boot, there was a heating issue they couldn’t replicate initially but when I came in that second time the issue luckily happened on the way to the dealership! When I pulled in I told them about it and didn’t turn off the car. Morgan got his tech there right away to investigate and seemed to care. More

Last weekend my wife and I were at Kia of Everett kicking tires. We have been looking at an EV for a few years and had an idea what we wanted. The first sales person we met was David and I told him upfront t tires. We have been looking at an EV for a few years and had an idea what we wanted. The first sales person we met was David and I told him upfront that the car is for my wife, so he better direct his attention to her. He not only took the ball but ran with it. Due to a big Memorial Weekend sale there were latex balloons all over. I mentioned this to David and advised that my wife is extremely allergic to latex and could actually end up on a ventilator. From that point forward, David accommodated my wife and completed the transaction outdoors. We weren’t even going to purchase a vehicle that day, but through EXCELLENT customer service and the right deal, my wife drove out with “Lilo”. She names all of her cars😆. As this is our first EV, everyone explained everything they could think of. However, the next day we needed to take the home charger in for malfunctioning. Now we were blessed to be introduced to Morgan in the service department who went above and beyond to make things right. I heard from more than one employee at Kia of Everett that the final sale is just the beginning of our relationship and I truly believe that. I will continue to recommend Kia of Everett to anyone looking for a top notch honest dealer. Oh… we were treated to a meet and greet with Mr. Pickles, but if you want to do another commercial showing you can fit 7 Westies and a Pug in the back of an EV6… give us a call. More
