I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with my 2012 Forester. I was told the engine failed because it was old. I had to go to another dealer to find out that there was no oil in the car. Brattlebo 2012 Forester. I was told the engine failed because it was old. I had to go to another dealer to find out that there was no oil in the car. Brattleboro Subaru had multiple opportunities to discover this but failed to do so. Obviously, corners are being cut and I can no longer do business at Brattleboro Subaru. Thankfully, Subaru of America recognized this and paid 60% of the short block replacement cost. More

Morgan was great. . But was disappointed when it came time to pick up my car it wouldn’t start, once it was started, and started driving a couple miles down the road . But was disappointed when it came time to pick up my car it wouldn’t start, once it was started, and started driving a couple miles down the road, I realized gas tank was almost empty, then the TPMS light was coming on, 3 trips back and 3 loaner cars, and one wait, finally appears to be OK More
