However, there are some details and post-purchase events that warrant the one star review, and make me question the business practices or at least management of MDN. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from MDN about 2 weeks ago, after having started the purchase process a week prior. Mind you, in that time, both of the sales people I worked with left to work elsewhere. On my test drive, I pointed out that the “brand new tires” on the vehicle were out of balance. The vehicle had a noticeable vibration. The sales person said they’d fix it. I foolishly assumed they would, if for no other reason then to sell the vehicle…and they were “new tires”. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Foolishly assuming that after they checked out the TPMS at my request, they surely would have balanced the wheels. Nope. Thing shakes like crazy and I had to run on the spare. I took the vehicle to Tire Tracks in Fayetteville. Great tire shop if you need one. They balanced 3 of the 4 wheels. The 4th was well beyond tolerance and they informed me that the tire actually has a bad casing. I videoed this and shared it with MDN. Mind you, I had no problem paying to have my “brand new tires” balanced. $55 whatever. My problem comes when they say bring it in, “we’ll take a look”. Well, they looked…for a day and a half. This company paid a tech for a few hours to not balance anything, and to chalk it up to “how those tires are”. They state that these tires just ride rough but it’s odd…ONLY ONE OF THE FOUR TIRES WON’T BALANCE AND HAS A VIBRATION! McClarty Daniel is so bad at business that instead of filing a warranty claim on one of the “new tires” and replacing one tire for a customer that already said they were actively shopping for a second vehicle in addition to the one referenced in this incredibly long review, they chose to spend extra money paying staff to not fix a problem and to lose out on another potential sale while creating a dissatisfied customer. Why would anyone not fix this issue unless maybe they lied about the tires being new. Maybe the tires were grey market? I don’t know. They look brand new to me. However, I’m now spending $200+ to replace a tire instead of dealing with these clowns. I’d strongly caution anyone who values a quality experience from darkening the door of McClarty Daniel Nissan. It’s obvious that something weird is going on here when they choose to pass up the LTV of a paying customer in order to avoid filing a warranty claim on a tire. More

Truly enjoyed working with Salesperson Johnnie Boyd, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was never any pressure or wasting my time. Also shout out to Sales Managers Dan Porter was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was never any pressure or wasting my time. Also shout out to Sales Managers Dan Porter and Monte Whitson who checked in while we were with Johnnie. Pricing was straight forward, no back and forth or hidden fees. I can't recommend Johnnie, Dan and Monte enough for anybody in the market for a vehicle. They took great care of me and I would definitely do business with them again. More

I couldn't be happier with my car-buying experience yesterday! From the moment I shook hands with Matt’s amazing team, I felt comfortable and respected. Cruz Marshall was my sales consultant, and he was fantastic! He only showed me cars within my budget, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable. It genuinely felt like spending time with a friend. Montie Whitson and Johnnie Boyd worked on my credit, and they were both incredible. Montie was kind-hearted and funny, making a usually stressful process so much easier. Sweet Johnnie even entertained my daughter when she was feeling sad, which meant the world to me. David Howard in financing deserves a huge shout-out too. Signing my name a thousand times was painless, and he went above and beyond to get me a lower rate. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car and the exceptional service I received. This team is truly the best—highly recommend! More

Excellent service and quick help. We were in town for one day from out of state. Found a truck we liked and they helped us get it no problem! Our major difficulty was that our original salesperson who we had worked with previously, Ricardo Andrade, left on vacation without communicating everything he needed to to Chris. Ricardo also told us that the specific car we wanted was on the lot and it wasn't. So there was the delay of your dealership looking for the car we wanted (when this should have been handled before Ricardo left on vacation, then having a long wait to sign paperwork because two finance managers were off that day, then waiting some more for a different manager, who was also off the day we were there, to come strolling in at 10am and then finally sending someone off to Russellville almost a day after we had been there (and of course that driver had to stop somewhere to have lunch. So we test drove 2-3 weeks before, called Ricardo the week before making an appointment for Thursday 7/20 to buy/lease our Murano, Ricardo called late the week before to say oops he was going to Brazil but that the car we wanted was on the lot, then we come on 7/20 and no car and we had to wait, wait, wait and didn't get our car until Saturday, then we had to bring it back for some adjustments to the body of the car so it met factory spec standards. What a mess! More
