Our major difficulty was that our original salesperson who we had worked with previously, Ricardo Andrade, left on vacation without communicating everything he needed to to Chris. Ricardo also told us that the specific car we wanted was on the lot and it wasn't. So there was the delay of your dealership looking for the car we wanted (when this should have been handled before Ricardo left on vacation, then having a long wait to sign paperwork because two finance managers were off that day, then waiting some more for a different manager, who was also off the day we were there, to come strolling in at 10am and then finally sending someone off to Russellville almost a day after we had been there (and of course that driver had to stop somewhere to have lunch. So we test drove 2-3 weeks before, called Ricardo the week before making an appointment for Thursday 7/20 to buy/lease our Murano, Ricardo called late the week before to say oops he was going to Brazil but that the car we wanted was on the lot, then we come on 7/20 and no car and we had to wait, wait, wait and didn't get our car until Saturday, then we had to bring it back for some adjustments to the body of the car so it met factory spec standards. What a mess! More
