-Great Customer Service! Rob Schwartz was great help one day, then Monte Carlson was a great salesperson and followed up with us after purchase and he was well recommended by family friends! -Some issues: day, then Monte Carlson was a great salesperson and followed up with us after purchase and he was well recommended by family friends! -Some issues: The used car we bought had electrical issues (sent to another dealer to fix),& when we test drove it and took it to our mechanic they said Stew Hansen shop forgot to put some bolts on the brakes so its a good thing we weren't on the highway! They gave us a free oil change and were very apologetic though! More

After visiting several used car lots in the metro area, I was beginning to think there would not be a dealership that could assist me in a professional manner. Most of the salesmen that tried to assist me a was beginning to think there would not be a dealership that could assist me in a professional manner. Most of the salesmen that tried to assist me at the other dealerships treated me as if I was not knowledgable about buying a vehicle. Fortunately, I was able to find a wonderful salesman and Sales Manager at Stew Hansen's. My salesman, Monte Carlson, treated me with great respect and answered all my questions and concerns professionally. I also was able to meet the Sales Manager, Doyle Miller, and was very impressed that a car manager would take time to visit with a customer like me. I purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango and have been very pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience makes the vehicle even more enjoyable. I have recommended the dealership, Monte and Doyle to several of my friends and family. I will definitely become a loyal customer. More
