Service center has become horrible to deal with. I had an issue with my washer fluid not coming out. I was given several excuses why it wasn't a mechanical problem until I pushed the issue and they I had an issue with my washer fluid not coming out. I also paid $100 for them to grease a squeaky brake pedal, which still squeaks. I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the door handle recall to be fixed. For over a year I was told that the parts were on back order and your technician can only do 1 car a week so I was on a wait-list. I was finally scheduled to have it fixed for today. I was contacted a couple weeks ago stating that parts were back ordered and I was again wait-listed but they would be able to do the software recall and I would be provided a loaner. When I arrived this morning I was informed that a loaner is not available and I should have been contacted Friday, which I was not. I did, however, receive a text message yesterday confirming my appointment for today. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will not be returning to Ciocca VW. More
