Moises was absolutely phenomenal with getting myself into a new vehicle. He was able to meet all my expectations. I was working with another dealership located closer to home that I was not happy with. Moise a new vehicle. He was able to meet all my expectations. I was working with another dealership located closer to home that I was not happy with. Moises was able to make me feel assured my 40-minute trip would not be wasted. The dealership was clean and everyone I spoke to was very professional. Honestly, a night and day difference between Gunther Clermont and the other Volkswagen dealership. Moises was able to get me the deal I wanted without me feeling pressured. Once the deal was made, Carson took over and Moises went to get my new vehicle detailed and ready for me. Carson was thorough and made sure I understood every document I was signing. Overall, a great experience at Gunther Clermont. I really appreciate both Moises and Carson for getting me into a new vehicle. As a side note, during the transaction my bracelet had fallen off without me noticing. After I let Moises know my bracelet was missing, he made sure to find it and return it back to me. Having that experience will not only keep me as a Gunther customer, but I will always recommend Gunther Clermont to family and friends. More
