They left me there for three hours while I waited on my key to be fixed. I was pretty sure all it needed was a battery, and that was indeed all it needed. Had 10:45 am appointment and waited, didn't get car done until after 1:00 pm. Disappointed as it was only for oil, filter change with tire rotation. I was told the car was washed but it came back with brown dirt, so it wasn't washed. I asked for a quote to extend the warranty and still haven't received one. The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! And I’m still waiting to hear back from management More
