The personal service was not there, still do not have Bluelink hooked up, we asked prior to coming there for all fees in writing, which we received from Ashley, but we wanted to pay in full and were told Bluelink hooked up, we asked prior to coming there for all fees in writing, which we received from Ashley, but we wanted to pay in full and were told the $2000 rebate was for financing only and we would of known that if we had read the website....we would get like 5 minutes of service and everyone would disappear for 15 minutes....they finagled financing to get the rebate, which is not how we wanted to do business. I flew here to come get a different car from another dealership but they are taking 7 da They took care of me right when I came in, straight forward. I flew here to come get a different car from another dealership but they are taking 7 days to even finish up with the process so I had it and came here. They toook care! No joke! They truly care and will make your purchase as easy as it can get! Don’t second guess this! Need any car, come here seriously! I’ve been a lot of places but nothing compares to this dealership and the jeep dealer right next door. Thank you one more time More

Service was ok, recall notices remediated. Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update navigation maps? They repeatedly tried, but couldn't get the message to pop up. Twenty minutes after I left the dealership, the message popped up again. The service people did not know what it was, which I found strange, since such warnings are common. I assume it's not urgent, because it was not easy to get an appointment, and I won't be doing it again soon. The car's interior was not as clean as I thought it would be. Looked like it wasn't vacuumed. More
