I double checked my VM and email and don’t see any apologies. Invites to talk and inquiries about how to make things right but nothing concrete. I’m open to resolutions and apologies but I would prefer such things in writing at this point for that very reason. And in case it’s not clear, I don’t consider asking “how can we make this right” and then not acting upon it to be an apology. I responded that the right thing would be to find a way to get an appropriate length VSC included with my financing at the terms indicated but that’s not possible at this point. I don’t work in the dealership business so I don’t know what possible alternatives are and when I asked I have received nothing. I indicated that my ideal solution seemed to only be possible by unwinding the deal and redoing it to settle on the same finance terms, similar payment, and an appropriate VSC. I didn't think that was possible and didn't know what was possible and invited alternatives to which I have received none. I've since discovered signs that the accident on record for this vehicle has signs of poor repair and I'm waiting to have it checked out to see what hidden damage may be there so that's also fun. I remain open to hearing resolutions.
