I recently picked up a 2015 Acura MDX from Frisco CDJR, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience, specifically because of Moe, the internet sales director. Usually, buying a car feels like a marathon of stress, but Moe has clearly built a process that respects the customer's time and intelligence. From the moment I first reached out online, he made sure everything was transparent and straightforward. There were no "bait and switch" tactics or hidden surprises—just clear, honest communication that made me feel comfortable before I even set foot on the lot. Once I got to the dealership, the teamwork between Moe and Anwaar Hussain was impressive. It’s obvious that Moe leads by example because the environment was low-pressure and genuinely friendly. He and Anwaar had everything lined up perfectly; the MDX was ready for a test drive, and all the maintenance records were organized and waiting for me. Moe personally ensured that the financing and paperwork side of things moved along without the typical headaches, and he stayed involved to make sure I was getting a deal that actually fit my budget. What really blew me away, though, was the level of care after the papers were signed. Moe didn’t just disappear once the sale was final; he actually followed up to make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any lingering questions. It’s rare to find that kind of personal accountability in the car business these days. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure the vehicle fit my actual lifestyle and budget rather than just trying to make a quick sale. What stood out the most was how much effort he put into the details. He walked me through the entire history of the car and the maintenance records, answering every single one of my questions with total clarity. I felt like I was working with an advocate rather than a typical salesperson. He kept the process moving quickly but never made me feel rushed or pressured to sign anything until I was 100% confident.
