Honest and Factual review: We visited this dealership in November 2023 and unfortunately had a horrible experience. We confirmed the sale price of the car at least twice with the sales associate: once b in November 2023 and unfortunately had a horrible experience. We confirmed the sale price of the car at least twice with the sales associate: once before the appointment, and once while we were there when we were doing the test drive. It was the price posted online. When we sat down and he brought the sales sheet, the price of the car was $1000 higher. We asked why. We were told because we had a great 800+ credit score. We were told that we were being punished for having a great credit score. We were also told that the sale price posted online was for people with bad credit. We were simply amazed, we couldn’t believe it. The sales associate even said that this was disclosed on their website. I read everything in the fine print and found no such language. We were so disappointed, to say the least, so we jumped off the seats and left. I reported my honest feedback to the management. People are tired of sales agents who lie into your face and try to manipulate you. We were simply disgusted. And I was a returning customer! No loyalty, no transparency, no appreciation. More

Let me start off by saying we live in San Diego CA. and while we were somewhat hesitant to drive over 300 miles each way to buy a pre owned car, I feel our decision was a good decision because of the g and while we were somewhat hesitant to drive over 300 miles each way to buy a pre owned car, I feel our decision was a good decision because of the great customer service we received from everyone we encountered. Everyone was super nice, professional and friendly... and everyone from the beginning of our experience to the end was absolutely wonderful. The employees we encountered during our experience were Karen..... Anthony... Big Mike.... Chris.... Momar... All these folks are super cool, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.... was the drive and the experience worth it... Absolutely... We love our car we purchased and are planning on buying another car from these guys as soon as we get a few months under our belt with this car.... thank you guys.....we look forward to doing business with everyone again in the near future. More
