Had a negative experience at this dealership & it was due to the sales manager Mohammad Farooq. I had a pleasant encounter with Monty, but it all went downhill when Mohammad came to the table. I talked to Monty days in advance of coming in & made it clear that I'm looking to sell (trade) my leased non-Acura vehicle & NOT looking to return/zero-out my balance of the remaining lease term. There was equity in my car that I wanted to capitalize on. Monty reassured me that was fine so we looked at a few CPO vehicles I was interested in while my trade was getting appraised. Found a car I liked & Monty was ready to start talking numbers, but I wasn't talking numbers until I saw the appraisal. We get back to Monty's desk & that's when Mohammad comes telling me that he'll take my car & zero out the remaining lease payments & disposition fee (as if he was doing me a favor). I declined & reiterated that I'm only interested in selling my vehicle, not turning it in. When I told him about my CarMax offer Mohammad started telling some xx story about how he once tried do sell his car with a CarMax offer & blah blah blah. Wasn't interested in the blatant lies so I cut him off. If I was ignorant maybe I would have believed him, but I've done this many times before so his manipulation tactic didn't work on me. Basically in the end he said that he will take the lease ($18k value) & not pay me the trade ($21k value) which means I was leaving around $3k on the table. I declined & left. On top of that, they add $2k onto their advertised prices ($1300 for LoJack & $700 for xx accessory fees). Neither is needed plus the LoJack is questionable since it seems like they charge that additional fee no matter what, even if they're reselling a car that they sold in the past with that fee. Someone should look into that... Anyway, I went to another Acura dealer who took my trade for $20.5k & I went home in a CPO Acura that was priced better than Paragon. I'd never shop at Paragon nor would I ever recommend their network of dealerships to anyone More

We spent 9 hours at this dealership. One of the WORST experiences of my life. The only upside was that our salesman was great & the car is awesome. Dealership itself is awful. I have been working with Paragon for the past 15yrs. I have never been disappointed. After purchasing more than 6 acuras and referring countless friends and family, they have remained honest, reliable, I have never been disappointed. They also seemingly handled Covid and turnover well ! The core group has changed But….they seem to be continuing to add to the core group! The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More

I have no idea how these guys have such a high rating -- they're absolute scam artists. I'm tempted to report them to Kelly Blue Book because they are not honoring the cash offers KBB gives that then provid they're absolute scam artists. I'm tempted to report them to Kelly Blue Book because they are not honoring the cash offers KBB gives that then provides Paragon with my contact info as a lead IN THE SLIGHTEST. They are supposed to HONOR that cash offer. Instead, I drove over an hour only to be down right insulted by the offer made to me at the dealership. The rep took 5 photos, looked at the car for 2 minutes (which is in pristine condition), and then offered me over $5,000 LESS than my KBB offer. The most infuriating part was how shady he was being with his questions, and hiding his computer screen. He asked me questions about how much financing was left on my loan, and about a few other factors that shouldn't have contributed to determining the value of the car itself. When my partner and I asked to see the numbers, he almost refused to show us his computer (probably because there is shady stuff being pulled in the background for them to low ball people on super nice cars). AVOID AT ALL COST. More
