Back in November 2025, Mo took care of my brother on $7k car as if it was a $70k sale. To him, it felt like a $70k purchase because it was his first time ever buying from a dealer, first time getting a car car as if it was a $70k sale. Booked a test drive online late Sunday evening, received a courtesy call first thing Monday morning from Mo Abbedelal to confirm the details about the vehicle I wanted to look at, the appointment time reque a courtesy call first thing Monday morning from Mo Abbedelal to confirm the details about the vehicle I wanted to look at, the appointment time requested, and to see if there was any questions he could take before I got there. When I got to the dealership, Mo had the car ready for me and promptly answered all my questions. While I took a awhile for me to finally make my decision to purchase, Mo waited patiently even though his shift finished several hours ago. After a little negotiation (the price was reasonable out of the gate), the purchase process was smooth and easy. Fresh wash and a full tank of gas later, I had my new (new to me) 2022 Corvette. Mo was great to work with, zero pressure, and very pleasant. Would gladly recommend to see Mo @ Ferman Chevrolet when you're in the market for a new/used vehicle. More

First let let me say, I have bought several different cars from several different dealerships in different States in my 60 years and dealing with “Mo” was the single best experience I have ever had with cars from several different dealerships in different States in my 60 years and dealing with “Mo” was the single best experience I have ever had with a salesman at any of them. Ferman Chevrolet should be very proud of this young man as he is a credit to your business. From The moment “Mo” walked up to me on the lot he was pleasant and patient, not pushy, rude or dismissive. At no time did I feel pressured, but still Felt my business meant something to him. I asked him many questions and he never let me feel as if the questions I was asking him was burdensome or a waste of his time. He let me make up my mind without making me feel for a second that NOT buying the car would have been a waste of his time. That is the kind of individual you hope you encounter when going to a car dealership to browse, look, or seek information. I always felt he honestly cared about not only representing his employers interests but mine as well. He presented himself in a professional courteous manner at all times, even if I texted him With questions on his day off at 10:00pm, which I did. lol. He was the consummate professional at all Times. This is the first time I have bought a car at Ferman Chevrolet, but because of “Mo”, it won’t be the last. Hope to come back when getting my son’s first vehicle in a few years and would refer him to any friends and family members that need someone they can rely on.
