While doing the purchase paperwork, the sales associate went from polite to very rude and confrontational to my wife for asking questions about fees and a misunderstanding about ways to make the down payment. Even telling us to “Either buy the car or leave”. Strangest thing that has ever happened to us at a dealership. The manager was great though. Went out of his way to make things right. More
