Unfortunately, the reality is that sales will do whatever it takes to close the deal regardless of the issues, including misleading and misrepresenting the facts. Sales agreed to set up a loaner for maintenance since they DID NOT complete a maintenance. The Sales Rep failed to set up a call, and when reached, he said, "I completely forgot about it since I have too many things on my plate." I emailed the Finance manager, and there was no response. Very unsettling and negative experience and will not recommend Red Hagland, Alberto Valcarce, and Mohament Gafur under any circumstance. More
