I am returning to withdraw my previous review. It has been a total nightmare since I purchased this Jeep from Hyundai. This vehicle was delivered to me without going through the 99 point inspection. Week 1 lights on the dash came on. Week 2 trip to autozone to get reading on diagnosis codes. Called Hyundai numerous times left messages for Mangement and sales rep to call me. The battery was on its last limb and unable to charge. I had to replace the Dash Cluster. ESC & Traction will not go off. Suspension was hanging on by a thread. One wrong turn or one deep pot hole/man whole, I would’ve lost my life. Right side track bar xxxx near fell apart. Right now I am at the point of reaching out to for legal help. I’ve called Hyundai numerous times to speak to the manger and I am still waiting on a returned call. It’s been five months since I’ve asked to speak to a manager again. Let me not leave out a small tiny crack is on the windshield when it arrived. I traded in my vehicle and wish like xxxx I didn’t. i will not be taking this post down. Therefore, do not call and ask me to remove it like you did the first and second time. My response to Hyundai will be the same response I’ve received from them through this whole nightmare. NOTHING!!! This review is from the date of purchase till now, March 23, 2025. More

Darrell and everyone at the dealership was absolutely fantastic. I would have given the dealership 5 stars EXCEPT they had me sit down with a woman to remove my trade in from my insurance policy and add fantastic. I would have given the dealership 5 stars EXCEPT they had me sit down with a woman to remove my trade in from my insurance policy and add the new vehicle. She told me my new premium with Progressive and I signed a bunch of paperwork. I get an email from Progressive and find out that instead of adding my vehicle to my existing policy she wrote me a whole NEW policy, forcing me to cancel the policy I had for years and losing the $550 that I had built up in my deductible bank. This woman was HIGHLY deceptive and unethical and cast a shadow on what had been a wonderful experience. More

The dealer is clean. Not too comfortable as you have to do business in a little table with no privacy at all. The seller was friendly and welcoming. After agreeing on a price and after a lengthy and heated negotiation regarding interest rate and price on the car we concluded the deal, signing electronically all documentation without the possibility to see the numbers . When I reviewed the contract at home ,I was surprised as they changed the price. Included packages that I firmly advised not to include . I returned to the dealer hoping to correct the errors and the general manager told me" If you are not happy with this you can return the car" and I did . Bought a KIA in the next three hours in a dealer with some transparency and respect to customer's intelligence. In general terms I had purchased or leased 13 new cars before, most luxury cars , Never seen such disrespect for the customers before . Treat you like you are mentally challenged and unable to identify their tricks . No transparency at all in their transactions. Stay away from this place !!!! More
