satisfied with my purchase of new Kia Soul, Wife is very happy with her new vehicle but I am not happy with getting far less than trade-in value on my 2019 Kia Rio, I did learn a valuable lesson out of this purchase, always do research on your trade-in value before you purchase a new car,equity of less than the monthly payment is not satisfactory, never depend on the salesman to do the right thing, depend only on yourself and your research, I blame no one but myself for this but it will never happen again.

I praised your dealership highly after my purchase of the Kia Rio in 2019 but I don't think it would do me any good to call and discuss this issue because the contract has already been signed, I think it was highly disrespectful for the salesman to take such a big advantage of a disabled person on a fixed income especially since I have memory and concentration issues caused from the medicines I have to take, I paid 3 years on my Rio and only got 273.00 after payoff for my car, that is shameful, with my concentration issues I did not catch this until the next day when I was going over the contract. I did research on the trade-in value and discovered the car was worth a minimum of 13,600 for trade-in. I have praised your dealership strongly until now, highly doubt I will ever buy another car from Deland Kia again. Deland Kia has a very good service department and very good staff just don't have anything good to say about a salesman that stiffs me this bad.
