This is the second CX 5 that I have gotten from Mazda of South Charlotte and Moe Bedwan. He knows the product and is not pushy in trying to make a deal. I was on the search for the safest car to drive for my little one and I. I had the pleasure of meeting and receiving the assistance from Moe during my visit to Mazda of south Charlotte. Moe was never pushy or dishonest during our time looking at vehicles. When I chose the vehicle I wanted, he had all the knowledge of the vehicle and its features as well as making sure I knew all the safety features as that was a non negotiable of mine. He was friendly, great with all communication through the whole process start to finish and was very customer focused. He had every best intention of making sure I left feeling safe and happy with my purchase which is exactly what happened.
