Easily my worst dealership experience in 30 years of buying cars I had an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I talked to a sales person on the phone and was quoted price and interest rate. I asked specific questions about rebates and interest rates and was assured I would get advertised price with Ford's interest rate. Great, I'll come in and see it, they said they would have the car ready and waiting for me. When I arrived for my appointment they couldn't even find the car. When we did finally find it, it had a dead battery and was out of gas. Then they wanted $3000 more than I was quoted. I guess they didn't believe me when I said I was told I would get the price agreed upon because I was reminded that those phone calls are recorded. I said great, let's listen to the recording. Then I couldn't get them to listen to it. They will say anything to get you there and then hope you will fall for there sales tactics. More

Sales rep was a nice guy but the manager Moe was ignorant and could not be bothered. You know there's a problem when nearby staff shake their heads when he was speaking to potential customers. I bought a Lincoln MKX from Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, IL. What a mistake that was. Once the deal was done, there was no follow up for service or questions. The General Manager (Jim Naperville, IL. What a mistake that was. Once the deal was done, there was no follow up for service or questions. The General Manager (Jimmy) will NOT return calls or response to messages nor will his assistant HA respond to message. Forget the salesman from returning emails or phone calls. If you want after sale service from the dealership go somewhere else. The impression I get is that they are so busy they really don't need to after sales service and don't care they got your money. They may say they care but actions speak louder than words. This is not the best place for customer service. More

Overall it the process was fairly smooth. Too much back and forth with changes. Would be better to have specifics shown from the start rather than you coming to an agreement and being brought to finance af and forth with changes. Would be better to have specifics shown from the start rather than you coming to an agreement and being brought to finance after hours of waiting, then rushed through signing official papers. More
