technician was 45 minutes late. after 30 minutes I called the mobile service department. No answer, unable to leave a message as voicemail full. Upon tech's arrival, I had to leav after 30 minutes I called the mobile service department. No answer, unable to leave a message as voicemail full. Upon tech's arrival, I had to leave home and let technician do his thing. He left no paperwork showing that recall work had been done. Checked my Ford app and all it says is service done by Campbell Ford on 3/26. Nothing about what was done. Also, tech came to my home on 3/28, not 3/26. More
