I contacted them and Matt, the salesperson, went above and beyond to help me "see" and "feel" the car up-close. Special thanks to Mo, Used car manager and Jeremiah, the Finance manager. They did everything to meet and exceed my expectations, making an easy transaction. Very friendly and humble teamwork that helped finish the deal, including shipping. I worked with Helton at Westside Volkswagen when I went in to look at a used, 2020 Jetta R-Line. I hadn’t looked at a VW before and wasn’t sure what to expect. On top of that, I was looking for a bit of a in to look at a used, 2020 Jetta R-Line. I hadn’t looked at a VW before and wasn’t sure what to expect. On top of that, I was looking for a bit of a unicorn. I wanted to find a car with a manual transmission but a lot of features, like heated seats and steering wheelThe Jetta R-Line comes that way. I initially went in without my wife to check out the car. Helton showed me the car, focusing on the features I was most interested in. He made sure to answer any questions I had about other features, too. We went on a test drive that highlighted the key features. Helton made the drive enjoyable. Back at the dealership, the buying discussion was easy and low pressure. There was a bit of the usual back and forth, but it felt more casual than it can. I worked with Moe as part of that process he was easygoing to work with, too. I felt I had time to think about the car, discuss the car and purchase with my wife, and come up with a good decision for both of us. We went back the next day to trade my car and make the purchase. It all went very smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend Helton and the Westside Volkswagen team. More
