I bought a Cadillac XT 5 from Imperial Chevrolet this week and was impressed by the whole experience. To be honest, we had 2 negative experiences with Imperial Chrysler in the past and were leery to ret week and was impressed by the whole experience. To be honest, we had 2 negative experiences with Imperial Chrysler in the past and were leery to return even though this was Imperial Chevrolet. Boy was I wrong. Everyone we encountered through the entire experience bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. My salesman, Mowas helpful and knowledgeable and I found him to also be extremely patient and honest as well, as was Eli in the finance office. So much so that they stayed 2 hours after closing on Saturday just to make the deal for me! Now that’s outstanding customer service. I learned a long time ago, if you don’t recognize and reward excellent customer service when you find it, you won’t find it very much longer. These gentlemen exemplify outstanding customer service. This is the fifth car we’ve purchased at Imperial Cars and are going back today to look for another for my son. Trust me, Mo and Eli represent Great customer service at Imperial Chevrolet. Good selection and inventory, fair pricing and outstanding customer service! (And no, I’m not related to Mo or Eli, just a very happy customer). Buy your next car from Mo. I have bought over 25 vehicles in my life from dealers all over the country and local ones. This is by far the worst, most dishonest and careless dealership I have ever been to. I live 2 hours away, so all over the country and local ones. This is by far the worst, most dishonest and careless dealership I have ever been to. I live 2 hours away, so wanted to make sure everything was right before I drove all the way there. I spoke with 2 internet sales representatives, one told me he was the manager. I explained the price I saw ON THERE OWN WEBSITE and that I want to be sure that was the correct pricing, etc. they both told me yes that was the price and the incentives were available to me. I made an appointment and did the 2 hour drive. I got there and was handed off to a new salesman, not the sales manager I was told to speak with. This salesman proceeded to tell me the price was 4 thousand dollars higher than what I had already verified before the trip. He also gave me a value for my trade, but told me the trade incentive wasn't available to me because it "wasn't really a trade" since they were going to send it to auction. I was blown away and shocked at the complete false advertising they listed on their website, the complete lack of communication between internet sales and in person sales. I will never return to this dealer and will tell every person I meet about their lies and corruption online. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPERIAL! More
