When I come in for service, I always ask for Mithell Orr because he always provides excellent service. I like the fact that my car gets a vehicle health inspection with my oil change. That way the service d because he always provides excellent service. I like the fact that my car gets a vehicle health inspection with my oil change. That way the service department can catch something before it goes on to long and turns into a problem. He explains everything as to what is needed and why. Answers all my questions. His customer care is excellent. I always feel comfortable with coming to Peltier Nissan. Everyone is so polite and friendly, they will give updates on the progress of service. The waiting area is comfortable and pleasant. Free water in cooler and snacks. Thank you, Peltier Nissan, and thank you for the professionalism. More

My car is still in the shop pending Nissan. I took it in for one problem and another issue came up after the car was worked on. No follow up. I have to continue to check in to see status.
