I can honestly say that without Mike my salesman Rob the sales manager and Mitch the general sales manager this wouldn’t of happened. Mike by far is the best small around salesman I have worked with and I have bought a lot of cars from his personality knowledge and down right care to make his customer happy. Rob the sales manager and Mitch the general sales manager both worked hard to make the deal happen. Never once did I feel I wasn’t wanted there even when it was past closing time. Even the finance person Jake went above and beyond for us and this was 2 hours after closing. In closing I will drive another 2 hours when I’m ready to buy again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks Heritage for making my buying experience a great one. I was referred to Marcus Gibbs who works in the Used Car department and he set me up with a brand new Jeep. Mitch and Chad were AMAZING. Chad spent over 20 mins going over all the features of the vehicle and helping me set it up to my liking. Mitch was super nice and understanding. Marcus had my paperwork done quickly and worked efficiently to get my exactly what I wanted and helped me understand how to get close to my price range. It was great. But for this 61 year old with bad knees and a cane for a companion, Mitch Giller added an automatic start feature so that on cold mornings the vehicle can be warming while I finish my morning preparations. We were interested in a truck listed on their website and were contacted by Randall Melvin and setup a time sales tactics used at this establishment. We were interested in a truck listed on their website and were contacted by Randall Melvin and setup a time to come see it. We drove over an hour to get there, met with Buddy Holmes who went on a test drive with us. Once we sat down to talk financing Buddy came back to give us the “bad news” that the truck was already sold. As was another truck recommended to us. But, surprise, they can offer another truck that costs $5000 more. If we buy a more expensive vehicle we will do so at another dealer. Pathetic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. More
