I called ahead to make an appointment to test drive a few vehicles on a Monday. By Thursday evening, after coming into the dealership every day- I traded in my 2011 Kia, signed paperwork and became the proud vehicles on a Monday. By Thursday evening, after coming into the dealership every day- I traded in my 2011 Kia, signed paperwork and became the proud owner of a newer SUV with more features than I could have ever dreamed of. Michael was professional, friendly, warm and listened patiently to me yammer on about my needs and dislikes and in the end, he checked every box and more. Several staff members worked together to make it happen and I couldn't be more grateful for the relatively painless process! Buying a car as a single mama can often be daunting but these guys were great. From the salesman, to finance to management, they offered assistance and no pressure sales tactics which were deeply appreciated by me. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I had seen the truck that I bought about a month and a was treated very respectful very kind I’m very friendly by my sales person Michael McConnell. I had seen the truck that I bought about a month and a half ago and stopped in and saw it and met Michael, went back the next day and the truck was gone but I told Michael that I always drive by here in the fire trucks and see what’s on the lot and if something else ever popped up on the lot that I would like I will be loyal to him and ask for him to help me with the truck. Truck. All the sales managers that helped out were awesome as well and the gentlemen that went over my contract with me was incredible to. I told the main sales manager,(can’t remember his name that this dealership has earned my business and my loyalty on just the fact of the respect they showed me and then no BS. I actually never fill out forms like this or feedback but in this case it’s very warranted. I will advise and tell other people to use this dealership I was very impressed have a great day my name is Brian Sturm from Avon and I’m a fire fighter there and I’ll pass on my experience with other firefighters. We became acquainted with this Dealership on it's Opening Day in Avon when we bought our very first Genesis! The facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the most impressive person was Cory Reber, Day in Avon when we bought our very first Genesis! The facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the most impressive person was Cory Reber, the Finance Rep, who was the most honorable & finest Ambassador for the Ray Skillman Automotive Group EVER. In fact, he was so good, that he even pre-sold us on our NEXT Genesis 4-1/2 years in the future!! During that whole time, both Cory and the Service Department Staff treated me like a VIP Customer every single time that I came in for servicing. I couldn't BELIEVE it... I mean, every.single.time!! Now, that brings us up to last week, when we purchased our brand new 2021 Genesis G80 with the Prestige Package, which Cory personally coordinated every step of the way!! So, between him & another incredible young man, Michael McConnell, they showed us the huge benefits of investing in the luxurious Prestige Package. We were impressed! Since the staff had to go out-of-state to get the car that we wanted, both Mitchell Hawkins & Michael Clark bent over BACKWARDS to make it all happen it a DAY! This entire staff is just the BEST. We will definitely be back in another 4 years to get our THIRD Genesis!! More
