AMAZING!!! I have been in need of a vehicle for a while now and my wife convinced me that new was the route to go. I tried to explain to her that it would be imp I have been in need of a vehicle for a while now and my wife convinced me that new was the route to go. I tried to explain to her that it would be impossible due to my low credit score. Well little did I know that my score was worse than low it was in fact a big fact ZERO! After being turn away at several larger dealerships I decided to try a local one in hopes of finding at least a good used truck. Just by chance I called Glynn Smith Chevrolet and Mitch Tolbert answered the phone. This guy took my "case" and performed an absolute miracle. He got me approved for a brand new 2020 Silverado with an interest rate that was less than half of what we had been told by others. Mr. Tolbert was a Godsend for me and my family and we look forward to working with him again in the future! More

Today I purchased a new vehicle from Glynn Smith Chevrolet.  I have been conducting business with Glynn Smith and Mike Core for many years.  I am not Today I purchased a new vehicle from Glynn Smith Chevrolet.  I have been conducting business with Glynn Smith and Mike Core for many years.  I am not one to freely give out great reviews.  In fact, I usually do not take the time to write reviews for anyone....good or bad.  However, to not write a review in regard to the service I received today would be an injustice to the gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with.  I have known Mike Core for many years and refer all my friends to Mike.  MIke introduced me to Mitch Tolbert, who assisted me in selecting the perfect vehicle.  What I like most about the service at Glynn Smith is that I never feel "pressured" to purchase anything.  They are helpful, yet understand that I am capable of making my own decisions, thus serving as a resource rather than pushy sales reps.  The atmosphere is friendly and they make all their customers feel as if nothing is more important than you are.  I trust Mike implicitly, therefore when it is time to "make the deal" I don't have to waste my time haggling back and forth.  I know that I will be offered the best price for a trade-in and the best price for my purchase straight out of the gate....there is no need to look any further.  If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Mike Core and his team at GSCBG.  They are professional, friendly, and about as customer service oriented as you will ever experience!  Thanks again Glynn Smith!  You all were awesome today! H This dealership is fantastic. I had a "falling out" with another nearby dealership so I contacted Glynn Smith and was assigned to Mitch (Sales Rep). He was very quick to respond and get me in the vehicle I wanted. I was treated fairly and respectfully by all the staff. The financing officer, Mr. Michael Lee, was expedient in processing the paperwork and got me in the truck within about 30 minutes. Wow! I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships and this had to be the smoothest experience. I highly recommend allowing them opportunity to EARN your business, because they will. (One note: I actually bought a GMC but was only able to select Chevy in the menu). More
