Quite satisfied customer They make the service experience pleasant from the start. Someone is always there to greet you. I like that I don't have to wait very long for the oil They make the service experience pleasant from the start. Someone is always there to greet you. I like that I don't have to wait very long for the oil change to be completed. My last service I actually scheduled online and received a confirmation right away. I intended to make it for a Thursday, and thought I had done so, but my mistake was that I made it for Wednesday. When I arrived on Thursday they never said one word about my being wrong but took my car right back and serviced it. I didn't even realize my error until I was about to leave. They were so curtious. I really like their prompt service and kindness. More

Ev Overall, our experience was very good. We had to take our car in twice for service, once for the problem to be identified and once to be serviced. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and the problem has been resolved. Scheduling/making sure length of time is clearly communicated would be the only thing I think could be improved upon. More
