Mass confusion Was told loaner vehicle would be available for recall and services that would take most of the day. Called the night before told all set arrived next Was told loaner vehicle would be available for recall and services that would take most of the day. Called the night before told all set arrived next am and was told by service manager he had no loaners and he could not arrange transport to my home town. Apparently my home town is too far from this dealership. I will remember this when shopping for new vehicle. More
